Accord Tech Solutions is an AI-powered B2B growth agency headquartered in Dhaka, serving clients across the United States and beyond. We help US-based companies generate pipeline and revenue through SEO, AEO, email marketing, lead generation, and conversion-focused web development. We are growing our development team and looking for a talented, full-stack-minded Web Developer who builds fast, modern websites and actively uses AI tools as part of their daily workflow.

Role Summary

As a Web Developer at Accord Tech Solutions, you will work across the full development lifecycle - from building responsive frontend interfaces to developing backend systems and APIs. You will collaborate closely with our SEO, marketing, and project management teams to deliver high-performance, conversion-optimized websites for international clients. We strongly value candidates who are fluent with AI coding tools and use them daily to improve speed and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications (frontend and backend)

• Build and manage dynamic websites using modern frameworks and CMS platforms (Laravel, WordPress)

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following team standards

• Optimize web performance - Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP, CLS), page speed, and mobile UX

• Implement SEO-friendly HTML structures and apply technical SEO recommendations from the SEO team

• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible UI

• Design database schemas and write efficient, secure queries

• Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues independently and within a team

• Use AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development cycles

• Participate in code reviews and follow Git-based team workflows

• Stay current with web development trends, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of professional web development experience with demonstrable projects (portfolio or GitHub links required at application).

Frontend Skills

• HTML5 and CSS3 - Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, accessibility basics

• JavaScript (ES6+) - intermediate to advanced level

• At least one modern JS framework: React.js, Vue.js, or Alpine.js

• CSS frameworks: Bootstrap 5 and/or Tailwind CSS

• Cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first development

• UI performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, image delivery)

Backend Skills

• PHP - Laravel preferred (our primary stack is Laravel 11)

• REST API development, integration, and authentication (JWT, Bearer tokens)

• Server-side rendering, MVC architecture, and routing

• Session management, input validation, and security fundamentals

• WordPress theme and plugin development (a plus)

Database & DevOps

• MySQL - schema design, migrations, and optimized queries

• Basic server environments: Linux, cPanel, or VPS management

• Git version control (GitHub/GitLab), branching, and pull requests

• Basic CI/CD understanding; experience with Laravel Forge or similar is a plus

AI Tools & Practices - Core Requirement

AI fluency is a core part of this role - not a bonus. We expect the developer to use AI tools daily:

• Regular use of AI coding assistants: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude

• Ability to write effective prompts to generate, review, refactor, and debug code

• Experience using AI for documentation generation, code explanation, and test writing

• Strong judgment on when to trust, verify, and override AI-generated suggestions

• Awareness of AI-assisted SEO, content, and marketing tools is a strong plus

Additional Requirements

• Strong English communication skills - written and verbal (daily client and team interaction)

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Ability to work full-time from the office in Mirpur, Dhaka

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to code quality, performance, and security

• Team player who is proactive, accountable, and willing to learn continuously

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Laravel 11 experience - Livewire, Filament, or Inertia.js

• Familiarity with Figma or design-to-code handoff workflows

• Understanding of digital marketing workflows: SEO landing pages, conversion tracking, GTM

• Experience implementing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tag management

• Knowledge of schema markup (JSON-LD), structured data, and AEO concepts

• Exposure to headless CMS or API-first architecture
