Job Context:

Accord Tech Solutions is looking for a competent, detail-oriented, and responsible Executive /

Senior Executive – Market Research & Lead Generation to join its Market Research team.

This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in market research, lead generation,

MIS, or data operations who are looking to build a long-term career in a structured and

performance-driven environment. The selected candidate will work on business research, lead

generation, CRM data operations, and reporting tasks for international projects, with

opportunities for future growth into leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B market research to identify potential business leads

Build and maintain structured prospect lists based on industry, location, and project

requirements

Perform CRM data entry, cleaning, updating, and enrichment tasks

Verify business contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and

company details

Maintain accurate and well-organized data in Excel and Google Sheets

Prepare and manage data in MIS reporting format

Work on assigned daily and weekly research targets while maintaining quality standards

Support ongoing research, reporting, and data structuring activities for client projects

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
