Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (Females Only)

Job Context:

We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and target-driven Female Tele sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, communicating with potential clients over the phone, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to drive business growth for Fast IT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Fast IT services and products.

• Understand customer needs and requirements, and pitch appropriate IT/Digital services.

• Answer questions about products or the company professionally over the phone.

• Direct prospects to the field sales team or close sales when needed.

• Maintain a clean and updated database of client information and call logs.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead generation targets.

• Handle customer grievances or queries with patience and a positive attitude.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (HSC passed candidates with excellent communication skills and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply).

• Educational background in Marketing, IT, or business-related fields will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele sales, Telemarketing, Call Center, or Customer Service roles is preferred.

• Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Only female candidates are allowed to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali (clear pronunciation and polite tone are a must).

• Basic fluency in English.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Sheets, Internet browsing).

• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections positively.
