• Minimum 2 Years of Proven experience in credit recovery, or a similar role.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt recovery will be considered a strong plus.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Credit Recovery Executive to manage and ensure timely recovery of outstanding credits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates with expertise in legal matters related to credit collection will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all collection activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and legal counsel where necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of credit recovery.
• If required, initiate legal actions in collaboration with legal teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage timely payments.
