Hands-on experience with ERP software.

Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet business needs.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

Maintain all factory accounting activities accurately and timely.

Ensure proper accounting of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and inventory.

Monitor material consumption and reconcile with production records and BOM.

Verify factory purchase bills, GRNs, material issue/return notes, and supporting documents.

Monitor manufacturing overheads and control factory operating expenses.

Conduct inventory reconciliation and support periodic physical stock verification.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on production, inventory, and factory costs.

Ensure accurate and timely ERP posting of all factory-related transactions.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Support internal, external, VAT, and tax audits by providing necessary records and information.

Maintain fixed asset records and coordinate periodic asset verification.

Monitor budget utilization and analyze cost variances with corrective recommendations.

Coordinate with Production, Store, Procurement, Commercial, HR & Admin, and Corporate Finance departments.

Supervise Factory Accounts staff and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
