Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct real-time pre-audit of factory petty cash bills before payment.
Verify supporting documents, necessary approvals, and compliance with company policies.
Identify audit observations and communicate with concerned factory personnel for necessary resolution.
Prepare audit reports and maintain proper audit documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures.
Perform other audit-related assignments as assigned by management.
