Responsibilities & Context:
Checking Bill and Vouchers.
Prepare invoices, vouchers by using accounting software.
Properly maintain daily cash and bank books.
Daily all banking and cash management.
Plan or raw materials, packaging materials, factory overhead requirement and handle accounts related issues with productions.
Managing accounts payable, receivables and inventory.
All reconciliations daily basis.
Handling all issues regarding accounts and finance.
Should have sound knowledge with word, excel and accounting software.
