Responsibilities & Context:

• Checking Bill and Vouchers.

• Prepare invoices, vouchers by using accounting software.

• Properly maintain daily cash and bank books.

• Daily all banking and cash management.

• Plan or raw materials, packaging materials, factory overhead requirement and handle accounts related issues with productions.

• Managing accounts payable, receivables and inventory.

• All reconciliations daily basis.

• Handling all issues regarding accounts and finance.

• Should have sound knowledge with word, excel and accounting software.
