About the Role

Luck Mart Group is a leading name in household insecticide solutions. We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager to spearhead our sales operations in nationwide.

As the primary driver of our market presence, you will be responsible for expanding our distribution footprint, managing a robust network of partners, and ensuring our products are the first choice for consumers in every household.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Deliver on monthly and annual sales targets through effective primary and secondary sales management.

  • Distribution Excellence: Expand the retail reach by appointing new distributors and strengthening relationships with existing ones, particularly in high-potential rural and semi-urban markets.

  • Market Visibility: Execute "Perfect Store" pillars by ensuring dominant shelf space and effective placement of POS materials (hangers, danglers, and displays).

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Representatives, conducting regular field visits to improve market execution.

  • Stock & Inventory: Monitor distributor inventory levels to ensure seamless supply during peak demand seasons.

  • Reporting: Provide actionable market insights, competitor pricing analysis, and weekly performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Who We Are Looking For?

  • The Expert: 4–8 years of experience in Mosquito Coil Sales.

  • The Strategist: Proven track record of handling General Trade (GT) and Wholesale channels.

  • The Leader: Minimum 2 years of experience managing a field sales team.

  • The Analyst: Proficient in using Sales Force Automation (SFA) apps and Microsoft Excel for data-driven decision-making.

  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
