Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and ledger entries.

• Process vendor invoices, bills, and employee expense claims.

• Issue customer invoices and follow up on pending payments.

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements every month.

• Prepare payroll data and assist with salary disbursements.

• Maintain an up-to-date fixed asset register.

Reporting and Support

• Generate monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

• Assist management with budget preparation and cash flow tracking.

• Organize and file physical and digital financial documents safely.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• One to three years of experience in an accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Good attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
