Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct internal audits across all operational and financial departments of the organization.
- Verify financial records, expense reports, vendor payments, and purchase bills for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Perform physical inventory verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or financial discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations for management.
- Maintain proper documentation, working papers, and audit trails for future reference and external audit readiness.
