• Age 18 to 30 years

1. Manage 3PL financial operations, including daily cash updates and monitoring transaction records.

2. Identify cash mismatches and take necessary actions to resolve discrepancies.

3. Track and identify outstanding receivables within the system and process formal claims to recover funds.

4. Check and verify daily sales reports from outlets/online platforms and ensure accuracy with system records.

5. Monitor and reconcile sales transactions, cash collections, and payment records.

6. Review and verify bank statements regularly.

7. Prepare bank reconciliation reports and ensure accuracy of financial records.

8. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and reports.

9. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.

10. Support the Accounts/Finance department in other financial reporting and compliance tasks as required.
