✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
✔️ Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Retail Operations, Branch Management, or similar leadership roles.
✔️ Strong knowledge of retail operations, branding, marketing execution, inventory control, and sales development.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
✔️ Ability to work independently and achieve business goals under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
✅ Lead and supervise all retail branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
✅ Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Oversee stock and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing operational losses.
✅ Lead, train, motivate, and manage branch teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
✅ Develop branding and marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and increase customer engagement.
✅ Execute promotional campaigns, retail marketing activities, and sales activation programs.
✅ Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a consistent customer experience across all branches.
✅ Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
✅ Analyze sales, inventory, marketing, and operational reports and recommend improvement strategies.
