Responsibilities & Context:
Paradise Engineering Ltd. is seeking dynamic, active, and hardworking Senior Sales & Marketing Officers. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with government tenders, a proven record of successfully handling large projects, and the ability to communicate and coordinate confidently with high-level officials across various government organizations.
Conduct individual customer visits to collect procurement requirements and follow up on upcoming Tenders/RFPs/RFQs
Analyze tender documents and prepare complete bidding submissions as per requirements
Liaise with foreign principals/suppliers for high-level customer meetings and product demonstrations
Deliver presentations and provide knowledge transfer on products and services
Coordinate with the technical/procurement team to ensure all technical tender specifications are met
Source products according to tender requirements
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure projects
Review and analyze technical specifications; prepare customized solutions based on customer needs
Coordinate internally and with customers for project delivery and ensure timely execution as per contract
Participate in foreign tours/training with customers to ensure proper hospitality and support by foreign principals
Review contracts and correct inaccuracies when necessary
Coordinate with foreign principals for warranty claims, RMA processes, and critical onsite support
Perform any other project-related or company-assigned tasks
