Experience:
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, 4M, Fishbone, Pareto and basic 8D.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
Basic knowledge of Press, Welding and Paint manufacturing processes.
Good analytical, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a production shop-floor environment and rotational shifts.

Monitor in-process and final quality of components and assemblies during the assigned shift.
Conduct regular quality patrols and verify compliance with drawings, specifications, work instructions and control plans.
Identify, contain and report quality abnormalities; ensure proper segregation of non-conforming products.
Analyze defects using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, 4M and other basic problem-solving tools.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering teams for root-cause identification and corrective action.
Monitor critical process parameters and ensure proper use of gauges and inspection equipment.
Maintain shift-wise quality records, defect reports, inspection results and handover information.
Follow up corrective/preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
Support quality improvement, Poka-Yoke, rejection/rework reduction and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure adherence to Yamaha quality, safety and shop-floor standards.
