About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Urban Planner (Entry Level) to join our Planning & Development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early career professionals to gain hands on experience in shaping residential, commercial, and mixed use projects. You will learn and contribute to sustainable urban growth in Bangladesh through exposure to land use planning, GIS analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing layout plans, land use strategies, and planning proposals.
Support the development of GIS maps, database management, and spatial/dimensional analysis.
Work with seniors to coordinate with RAJUK, DOE, and other regulatory authorities.
Maintain project layouts, planning records, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Survey, and Real Estate teams.
Contribute to planning reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Apply national planning regulations and company standards.
