Job Context

Nayreet Architects is looking for a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Associate Architect / Design Coordinator & 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design drawings, 3D visualization skills and the ability to coordinate design from concept to final presentation.

The candidate should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with architects, designers, engineers and project teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts, layouts and presentation materials based on project requirements.

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic architectural visualizations.

• Prepare interior and exterior renderings and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with the design team to ensure proper implementation of design concepts and project requirements.

• Assist in design development, material selection, space planning and design detailing.

• Review and update drawings and 3D models based on feedback from management, clients and project teams.

• Ensure coordination between architectural drawings, 3D visualizations and design concepts.

• Prepare presentation boards, concept sheets, mood boards and other client presentation materials.

• Coordinate with other departments and consultants.

• Maintain proper documentation and organization of project-related drawings and design files.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.
