Responsibilities & Context:
nayreet architects is looking for “Assistant Project Engineer” for commercial interior construction (corporate office, Bank, Insurance company, multinational company etc.) who is well experience about the interior construction and related works. The candidate shall be responsible for project construction, management, monitoring, material requisition and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
Applicants should be able to manage commercial interior construction project- ensuring quality and meeting deadline. Duties include site supervision, preparation of material requisition, monitoring of contractor works and bills, preparation of client billed quantity and auditing. Job requires frequent traveling and short stays out side of Dhaka.
Experience in commercial interior construction work of corporate office, Bank, Insurance company, multinational company etc. will be given preference.
Applicant must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior design from any accredited Institution in Bangladesh with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
