Responsibilities & Context:
Production & Operations: Lead end-to-end production planning, assembly, and quality control for electrical and electronic products.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and production floor workers.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufactured products and facility operations meet top-tier national and international quality standards.
Facility Management: Maintain and monitor electrical infrastructure, load distribution, and reduce machine downtime.
Health & Safety: Ensure the factory strictly adheres to fire safety, OSHA, and environmental regulatory standards.
