• Strong expertise in PLC Programming (Mandatory)

• Sound knowledge of local and global industrial compliance codes.

• Proficiency in report writing, budgeting, and resource management.

Job Responsibilities

• Production & Operations: Lead end-to-end production planning, assembly, and quality control for electrical and electronic products.

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and production floor workers.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufactured products and facility operations meet top-tier national and international quality standards.

• Facility Management: Maintain and monitor electrical infrastructure, load distribution, and reduce machine downtime.

• Health & Safety: Ensure the factory strictly adheres to fire safety, OSHA, and environmental regulatory standards.
