Demonstrated experience in closing solar projects in the 100–500 kWp range. Familiarity with the energy needs of the Garments and Manufacturing industries is mandatory.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Aggressive Lead Generation: Execute consistent cold-calling and field-visit strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospects in RMG (Ready-Made Garment) clusters and various industrial zones.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales volume targets for rooftop solar deployments.
Industrial Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with relevant stakeholders in the manufacturing sector.
Pipeline Management: Utilize MS Excel or CRM tools to track lead progress, manage the sales funnel, and provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts to management.
Proposal Delivery: Collaborate with the technical team to present compelling financial and technical proposals to clients, emphasizing ROI and long-term energy savings.
Payment Collection: Take full ownership of the collection process to ensure healthy company cash flow in accordance with contract terms.
Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to refine RREL’s pitch and maintain a competitive edge in the industrial solar space
Technical Verification: Check and verify solar/Electrical system designs specifications, including Site Survey, Electrical Design & Simulation, DC and AC Cable Design, SLD Design, and related technical parameters
