Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales (Having experience in JOLSHIRI ABASHON will be prioritized).
Must have strong understanding of Sells Documents.
Knowing Bangla & English Typing.
Must have a strong record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership qualities and confidence in handling clients.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be field-oriented, energetic, and result-driven.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Manage property sales and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Work with creative and sales teams to develop marketing materials.
Promote properties through both digital and offline campaigns.
Participate in real estate expos, fairs, and promotional events.
Ensure regular follow-ups and successful deal closures.
Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
