• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 2–5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or team management (experience in retail/fashion industry is a plus)

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multiple departments

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure

• Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational planning

• Ability to monitor daily operations, ensure efficiency, and meet business targets

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with marketing, sales, and production teams

• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics coordination

• Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and basic data analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate operational reports

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
