Responsibilities & Context:
Distribution Network Development & Management: Appoint, support, and manage distributors; ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards.
Sales Target Achievement & Business Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume & value) through effective sales planning and execution.
Market Coverage & Channel Expansion: Strengthen market coverage, identify new business opportunities, and expand dealer/sub-distributor networks.
Operational & Inventory Management: Monitor stock flow, order management, warehouse discipline, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track competitor activities, gather market insights, and prepare structured sales reports for management.
