Job Context:

We are seeking energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated professionals for the position of Sales Officer to support product promotion, dealer development, and business expansion across assigned territories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products across assigned territories in line with business objectives

  • Develop, expand, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers

  • Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential customer segments

  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and market coverage

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy

  • Support dealer development activities, including onboarding new dealers and strengthening existing networks

  • Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and brand visibility in the market

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and market information as required by management

  • Contribute to overall business growth through proactive sales efforts and relationship building
