Job Context:
We are seeking energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated professionals for the position of Sales Officer to support product promotion, dealer development, and business expansion across assigned territories.
Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products across assigned territories in line with business objectives
Develop, expand, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers
Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential customer segments
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and market coverage
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy
Support dealer development activities, including onboarding new dealers and strengthening existing networks
Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and brand visibility in the market
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and market information as required by management
Contribute to overall business growth through proactive sales efforts and relationship building
