Job Context:
We are seeking experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Zonal Manager to lead sales operations, develop distribution networks, and drive business growth across assigned zones in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned zone/territory
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance improvement
Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and retailer networks
Identify new business opportunities and untapped market potential
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ensure proper implementation of sales plans and promotional activities
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and business partners
Coordinate with head office teams for supply chain, marketing, and reporting activities
Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights
