Job Context:

We are seeking experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Zonal Manager to lead sales operations, develop distribution networks, and drive business growth across assigned zones in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned zone/territory

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance improvement

  • Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and retailer networks

  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped market potential

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

  • Ensure proper implementation of sales plans and promotional activities

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and business partners

  • Coordinate with head office teams for supply chain, marketing, and reporting activities

  • Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights
