Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

• Promote courier and logistics services through direct marketing, client visits, and digital platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.

• Represent the company positively at all times.
