• Formulated yearly marketing plans and market segmentation strategies to drive business growth.

• Executed yearly sales and collection budgets, ensuring strict alignment with corporate financial goals.

• Managed the full B2B sales lifecycle from initial client visits to requirement gathering and lead conversion.

• Oversaw material costing, drafted high-impact proposals, led price negotiations, and secured Work Orders.

• Fixed measurable sales targets for the team and monitored performance metrics to ensure target achievement.

• Supervised the on-site installation and commissioning of heavy substation equipment.
