Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily on-site civil works, including demolition, brickwork, plastering, flooring, false ceilings, and structural modifications.
Coordinate seamlessly with interior designers, engineers, and specialized subcontractors (woodwork, glass, metalwork).
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met without compromising quality.
Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and material take-offs based on interior layouts.
Review architectural/interior drawings to identify potential structural challenges before execution begins.
Ensure all civil and structural works adhere strictly to approved drawings, safety codes, and industry standards.
Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
Provide regular project progress reports to senior management and clients.
Handle billing verification and certify measurements for contractor payments.
