Responsibilities & Context:

The Senior Executive – Marketing (Accessories) will be responsible for marketing and selling garment accessories, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with garment factories, buying houses, sourcing offices, and international buyers.

  • Identify new customers and business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

  • Promote and market the company's garment accessories products, including labels, tags, elastics, packaging materials, buttons, zippers, and other accessories.

  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and follow-up meetings to secure new orders.

  • Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.

  • Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution and on-time delivery.

  • Monitor customer requirements and provide prompt solutions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up on production status, shipment schedules, and payment collections.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitable business.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and customer visit reports for management.

  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing events to strengthen business relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer quality standards.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
