Job Summary
The Manager – Marketing (Accessories) will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with local and international garments manufacturers and buyers. The role focuses on increasing sales, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with production and merchandising teams, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving the company's revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business growth.
Identify new customers and business opportunities within the garments and textile industry.
Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers, sourcing offices, buying houses, and garment factories.
Promote the company's accessories products including labels, tags, packaging materials, elastics, buttons, zippers, and other garment accessories.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new orders.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend business strategies.
Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, payment collections, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profit margins.
Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, customer visit reports, and business performance analyses.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to expand the company's business network.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the marketing team to improve overall performance and productivity.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
