Implement company's marketing & sales strategies and achieve targets through monitoring & guiding Area Managers in assigned region
Build & nurture relationship with healthcare professionals to influence prescription pattern & sales
Successful implementation of long term and short-term sales strategies in the field
Should have analytical skills & "Can Do" attitude and positive frame of mind for executing sales strategy
Action plan for sales to growth to achieve business objectives
Willingly to take responsibility monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target achievement of assigned region
Organize regular field visit to demonstrate company's all products to the market place
Honesty, sincerely and intensity towards the company and himself
