Job Context:

We are looking to hire an experienced General Manager of Sales & Marketing in real estate is a senior leadership role focused on driving revenue through strategic planning, team management, and market expansion. They set sales targets, design marketing campaigns, oversee client acquisition, ensure operational compliance, and manage high-value relationships to achieve project-wise sales goals

Job Responsibilities:

·          Develop and implement sales strategies, action plans, and forecasts to meet or exceed revenue targets for residential or commercial projects.

·         Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales professionals to enhance performance and achieve goals.

·         Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and client-facing events to boost market presence.

·         Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and channel partners (brokers) to drive sales.

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.

·         Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, manage budgets, and ensure proper CRM usage.

·         Handle high-level negotiations and secure sales, including managing the documentation and handover process. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

·         Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs.

·         Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.

·         Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

·         Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.

·         Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.

·         Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, market conditions, and legal requirements.

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to attract clients.

·         Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to build a robust client base.
