Key Responsibilities:

Online Marketing (Digital):

• Manage company’s social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email marketing)

• Generate quality leads through online channels

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

• Coordinate with designers/content creators for marketing materials

• Maintain website content and ensure regular updates

Offline Marketing:

• Plan and execute events, property fairs, and exhibitions

• Coordinate for billboard, banner, leaflet, and print media campaigns

• Develop promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)

• Liaise with vendors, agencies, and media partners

• Support sales team with marketing tools and materials

• Plan and manage offline advertising campaigns, such as Billboards, Road Banner, Newspaper, Magazines and outdoor signage.

General Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Assist in branding and positioning strategies

• Track marketing ROI and performance metrics

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

• Support management in strategic marketing planning

5–8 experience in years of marketing (preferably in real estate)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
