The Senior Manager / AGM – Architecture will serve as the Head of the Architecture Department and will be responsible for leading the organization's architectural planning, design management, regulatory compliance, and project coordination. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in managing architectural functions within the real estate industry.
Important Note
Only candidates having a minimum of five (05) years of proven experience as the Head of the Architecture Department (Senior Manager / AGM / Equivalent) in a reputed Real Estate Company will be considered. Candidates who do not meet this mandatory requirement are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Architecture Department as the Department Head.
Develop architectural concepts, master plans, design strategies, and project design standards.
Review, evaluate, and approve architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, design documents, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK, Fire Service, Environmental, and all other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Construction, Planning, Land, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
Monitor project design quality, timelines, cost optimization, and implementation.
Lead design review meetings and provide technical guidance to management.
Manage external consultants, architects, and design service providers.
Introduce innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective architectural solutions.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Architecture team.
Prepare departmental reports, presentations, budgets, and strategic recommendations for management.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
