We are looking for a talented, creative, and technically sound Executive Architect who will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, authority approvals, project coordination, and construction support from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capability along with practical site execution knowledge in the real estate sector.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual architectural designs, master planning, and presentation drawings.
Develop detailed architectural working drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings.
Prepare and review design layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.
Coordinate architectural designs with Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and other engineering disciplines.
Ensure compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, DAP, and other applicable building regulations.
Prepare drawings for statutory authority approval and coordinate approval processes.
Conduct regular project site inspections to ensure architectural quality and design compliance.
Review contractor drawings, material samples, and method statements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and finishing schedules.
Monitor design changes and maintain architectural documentation.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and value engineering.
Prepare project progress reports and submit updates to management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned architectural tasks.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
