Responsibilities & Context:
Client Journey Management
Design and manage the end-to-end client journey
(Lead → Meeting → Design → Execution → Handover → After-sales)
Ensure every step reflects a premium brand experience
Communication & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Maintain regular updates via:Calls ,WhatsApp,Meetings
Handle client concerns professionally and proactively
Coordination Across Teams
Coordinate with:Sales team,Design team,Execution team,Ensure smooth handover between departments,Track project progress and update clients accordingly
Experience Quality Control
Monitor service quality at every touchpoint
Ensure:Timely response Professional behavior Premium presentation Identify gaps and improve experience systems
Feedback & Satisfaction
Collect client feedback after:Design phase Project completion Maintain client satisfaction score (CSAT) Convert happy clients into:Testimonials Referrals After-Sales Experience Ensure proper post-handover support
Handle complaints or service issues quickly
