1. Achieve/exceed sales targets, set for the assigned territory.

2. Effectively manage and develop the assigned geographical area or territory, which involve identifying potential customers, markets, and opportunities.

3. Ensure availability and visibility of product in his assigned territory and achieve target by ensuring SR productivity and outlet coverage.

4. Ensure required inventory, manpower and other required investment in all distributor point and ensure delivery service though maintaining proper itinerary.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the territory to understand their needs and preferences.

6. Analyze sales trends, competitive activities, and identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the territory.

7. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the market and achieve sales target.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales reports, forecasts, and customer information.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.
