• Achieve/exceed sales targets, set for the assigned territory.

• Effectively manage and develop the assigned geographical area or territory, which involve identifying potential customers, markets, and opportunities.

• Ensure availability and visibility of product in his assigned territory and achieve target by ensuring SR productivity and outlet coverage.

• Ensure required inventory, manpower and other required investment in all distributor point and ensure delivery service though maintaining proper itinerary.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the territory to understand their needs and preferences.

• Analyze sales trends, competitive activities, and identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the territory.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the market and achieve sales target.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales reports, forecasts, and customer information.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.
