• Take full P&L responsibility for the land development and plot investment business.

• Develop and execute annual business strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets.

• Drive land acquisition planning, development sequencing, and project readiness.

• Oversee end-to-end land development execution including infrastructure progress and milestone tracking.

• Ensure regulatory approvals, documentation integrity, and compliance with legal requirements.

• Lead sales strategy, pricing positioning, and territory expansion for plot sales.

• Monitor booking, collections, and cash flow discipline to ensure financial stability.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, finance, and sales for seamless execution.

• Build structured reporting systems, dashboards, and review mechanisms for performance tracking.

• Strengthen leadership capability across departments and develop second-line managers.

• Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure delivery commitments are aligned with sales promises and development readiness.

• Establish accountability-driven culture with clear KPIs and performance standards.

• Deliver sustainable growth while maintaining operational discipline and project quality.
