Responsibilities & Context:

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for Import/Export.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
Provide freight quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI’S.
Collaborate with operations and customer service team.
Provides weekly and monthly performance metrics to the sales Director
Performs for other duties including sales presentations, developing deliverables, coordinating implementation, creating and adding to existing marketing materials where appropriate.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
