Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsibilities & Context:

    • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Sale our services to foreign and local clients

    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

    • Maintain and update customer records and databases.

    • Lead Generation & Sales – Identifying new clients, markets, and business opportunities.

    • Market Research – Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

    • Proposal & Presentation Creation – Preparing pitches and business plans for potential clients.

    • Client Relationship Management – Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

    • Revenue Growth – Developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

    • Product & Service Expansion – Identifying opportunities for new product development or service enhancement.

    • Behavioral values and skills: trust, accountability, problem solving, cooperation, analytical, networking, marketing, relationship building, facilitation, planning & organizing, negotiating, flexibility.       

    • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
