Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop workforce plans based on available equipment and manpower.

• Prepare weekly and monthly production schedules for battery assembly, charging, and Plate preparation.

• Ensure shift-wise and daily production targets for plate preparation.

• Supervise all shift operations and provide clear direction to plant operators.

• Maintain proper duty handover between shifts.

• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) in production processes.

• Maintain shift-wise daily activity reports and floor reports.

• Prepare shift duty rosters for technicians.

• Complete work status reports covering production progress, WIP, and material inventory.

• Track workforce movement.

• Maintain monthly production and rejection reports with analysis.

• Monitor, control, and minimize process wastage.

• Coordinate with engineering & maintenance departments to keep equipment operational.

• Enforce PPE usage, health & safety protocols, and ISO compliance.

• Maintain proper housekeeping across the production floor.
