Responsibilities & Context:
Sourcing & Outreach
Identify and engage potential rider candidates through field recruitment, social media, rider networks, and online job portals,.
Screening & Selection
Conduct initial screening of applicants based on experience, and background.
Organize interview schedules and document verification.
Onboarding & Training
Facilitate the onboarding process including orientation, documentation, and induction to company policies.
Coordinate basic training on delivery protocols, customer service, and pharmaceutical handling (if applicable).
Database Management
Maintain and update rider database including performance records, availability, and compliance.
Performance Monitoring Support
Coordinate with operations team to track new rider performance and retention.
Collect feedback from riders to improve the recruitment and onboarding experience.
