Experience:

• 6 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

• 6 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries

• Perform R&D and formulation for recipe, dosing ratio, quality chemical, chemical consumption, etc.

• Capability of chemical mixing as per the recipe, test, and analyse the chemical component.

• Reduce dyeing costs by analyzing recipes & using chemicals in a proper way.

• Sound knowledge of Adhesive, water-based Adhesive.

• Test products before, during, and after production.

• Conduct various analytical QC testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC requirements and prepare analytical report.

• Research for developing products, testing procedures, and innovative solutions for products and processes.

• Develop the team to ensure their complete capability for performance testing, data analysis, and application of recipe formulation.

• Accurate documentation of lab results and technical information.

• Oversee that all necessary testing is carried out both pre-production and post-production.

• Maintain the chemical consumption register for accountability.

• Should be familiar with the ERP system.
