Responsibilities & Context:

Solution Pro is a US-registered BPO company providing logistics and operations support for a US-based organization. We are looking for an analytical and proactive Dispatch Team Lead to build, manage, and optimize our operations team.

This is a leadership position where you will oversee daily operations, develop efficient workflows, manage team performance, and ensure exceptional service quality. Full training will be provided to help you understand our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the operations team on a daily basis.

• Develop, improve, and maintain SOPs and workflow documentation.

• Plan and manage fair rotating day/night shift schedules.

• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.

• Identify process improvements and implement efficient solutions.

• Ensure quality control and resolve operational issues before they reach clients.

• Train, mentor, and coach team members.

• Utilize AI tools, Excel, and operational software for reporting and decision-making.

• Coordinate with the US operations team and communicate professionally.

• Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports.
