Job Context
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, looking for motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executives to join our team. In this role, you will monitor freelance marketplace accounts, generate personalized proposals using ChatGPT, submit bids on relevant projects, and maintain accurate records of bidding activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule
This position follows a weekly rotational shift schedule. Employees are required to work Day, Evening, and Night shifts on a rotation basis according to the company's roster. Shift assignments may change weekly based on business requirements.
Shift Timings:
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Note: Applicants must be willing and able to work in all three shifts as assigned under the weekly rotation schedule.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Minimum typing speed of 45+ WPM.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor's/Honors/Degree from any recognized public or private university.
Good computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT will be considered an advantage.

Monthly Salary: BDT 12,000–15,000 (Based on experience and performance)
