Job Context
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, looking for motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executives to join our team. In this role, you will monitor freelance marketplace accounts, generate personalized proposals using AI tools, submit bids on relevant projects, and maintain accurate records of bidding activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule
This position follows a weekly rotational shift schedule. Employees are required to work Day, Evening, and Night shifts on a rotation basis according to the company's roster. Shift assignments may change weekly based on business requirements.
Shift Timings:
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Note: Applicants must be willing and able to work in all three shifts as assigned under the weekly rotation schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the company's freelance marketplace accounts for newly posted projects.
Copy project descriptions and input them into a pre-designed ChatGPT prompt to generate personalized proposals.
Submit personalized proposals for all relevant projects within the required timeframe.
Maintain accurate and organized records of project proposals, bid statuses, and related data.
Ensure data accuracy while updating internal tracking systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Job Other Benifits:
Monthly Salary: BDT 10,000–15,000 (Based on experience and performance)
