Responsibilities & Context:

Faith Holdings Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results driven Head of Sales to lead our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets and driving sustainable business growth in the real estate sector.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.

• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• 7–15 years of professional sales experience.

• Proven experience in the Real Estate, Developer, Housing, or Property Sales industry.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve organizational goals.

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.

• Lead, motivate, coach and monitor the performance of the sales team.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer and investor base.

• Increase lead generation, follow-up efficiency and sales conversion rates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.

• Resolve complex sales issues and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and recommend business growth strategies.
