• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age At least 25 years

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Good knowledge of the real estate market

• Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Execute marketing plans, including social media, email campaigns and events.

• Manage budget for marketing campaigns and track expenditure.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into sales opportunities.

• Conduct property presentations and explain features and benefits.

• Ensure achievement of own sales target.

• Assist clients in buying process, including installment options.

• Maintain records of sales, client interactions.

• Prepare periodic report on own marketing and sales activities.

• Assist in preparing sales presentation, proposals and agreement.

• Participate in exhibitions, events and trade shows to promote properties.

• Any other task assigned by Supervisor / Sr. Management.
